We are a company formed out of deep-rooted expertise in the telecommunications industry.

Our pedigree stems from our founding directors having held senior positions in the telecommunications industry, experience that has spanned three generations of technology and business models. We see situations as they are, not as new ways of explaining old failings. We understand technology, especially cellular, wireless and radio, and we even know a thing or two about fixed line technologies. We understand business; we have all run our own businesses at some point, so when we talk to customers we get straight to the point and help them solve the complex interactions between business, technology, logistics and delivery. All in the same breath.

We cut our teeth in the management of large scale network and service role-outs, including cellular systems for three of the original four operators in the UK, the acceptance programme for Vodafone on their initial rollout, and the plan, design and build of AT&T's first pan-European commercial data network service.

We then went on to train a good part of the current generation of telecommunications managers who have since entrusted their engineering and training services to Marr Solutions.

We formed Marr Solutions because that is exactly what we were doing - solving complex engineering and training problems for the telecommunications industry.
