Engineering

We are specialists in wireless design, cellular optimisation and network performance analysis. We ‘stand and deliver’ and put into practise the plans and recommendations we make at the survey, analysis and design stage. We are not just consultants; we are specialists. We are not just installers; we are engineers.

Our specialist engineering services cover the complete service lifecycle, from concept and anaysis to handover and re-optimisation of living networks. Our installation, commissioning and integration (ICI) teams operate across the UK from our back office in Salisbury, backed up by regional support centres in Bromsgrove and Northampton.

Training

We train telecommunications professionals on vendor equipment, operational practises and procedures, and single technology disciplines such as GSM, Tetra and 3G.

We have been entrusted by our clients to develop in-house courses and induction programmes for their own employees, and to write the complete technical operations manuals for new generation telecommunications equipment. We also see training as an ongoing process constantly updating and revisiting courses as technology evolves and developing new courses as new technologies emerge.
